Langley Federal Credit Union is currently hiring for a Full Time Facilities Administrator to work on-site from our Yorktown Branch, located in Yorktown, VA. Job Summary: Provides administrative support to the Facilities Department. Coordinates mail room activities to include the Couriers and delivery of all packages internally within Langley and shipping/mailing out to others. The Administrative Specialist will maintain all files for the Facilities Dept vehicles, Langley properties, lease agreements, and expense reporting. Creates purchase orders for recurring and ad-hoc facility needs and serves as the first approver of invoices. Ensures professional communication with all internal and external customers to provide building access and permissions for any preventative or ongoing maintenance to Langley buildings or vehicles. Serves as a Langley Crisis Action Team member, contributing to emergency preparedness and response efforts to safeguard LFCU properties. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
