Machine Operator

Staffmark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team at our Monette, AR facility!

In this role, you'll operate injection molding machines and perform a variety of tasks depending on machine assignment.

Pay: $16/hour + $2/hour shift differential

3rd Shift Hours:Sun-Thurs, 11 pm-7:30 am

What You'll Do:

• Operate injection molding machines, remove molded parts, and perform basic trimming (e.g., flash removal).
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure all parts meet required specifications.
• Pack finished parts for shipment or further processing.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and work instructions accurately.
• Keep accurate records of issues and promptly report them to the Process Technician or Supervisor.
• Start up, shut down, and clean presses as required.
• Operate the material loading system and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and stoop for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (exposure to hot and cold temperatures).
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
