Intercollegiate Athletics Job Description
1. Defensive Coaching and Player Development (35%) * Assist in coaching, developing, and evaluating defensive student-athletes with emphasis on technique, fundamentals, effort, and accountability. 2. Defensive Game Planning and Execution (25%) * Collaborate with the Defensive Coordinator and defensive staff in weekly opponent preparation. 3. Film Study, Evaluation, and Analytics (20%) * Conduct detailed film breakdowns of practices and games for assigned defensive personnel or units. 4. Practice Planning and Operational Support (15%) * Assist in designing and organizing defensive individual drills, group periods, and team periods. 5. Recruiting, Compliance, and Collaboration (5%) * Assist in the evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes in assigned recruiting areas. Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a NCAA Division I football program. Anticipated Hiring Range
