Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul tasks. Follow formal procedures and interpret maintenance documents, drawings, and parts lists. Use common hand tools and measurement/gauging equipment effectively. Conduct basic mathematical calculations and utilize computer systems for documentation. Communicate effectively with team members (basic written and verbal skills). Qualifications Technical diploma or associate degree in a mechanical field preferred, OR Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive). Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use standard tools. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Basic computer skills and familiarity with measurement processes.
