In the role of Document Control Specialist II, we'll count on you to:
- Guide data/document processing, systems analysis, and programming
- Maintain document control system requirements in coordination with clients, management, subcontractors, and staff
- Outline and prioritize operations guidelines and deadlines of the document control process
- Maintain and oversee the receipt of emails and incoming files and all correspondence for project-related activities
- Create and maintain record logs to supervise, track and issue documents and ensure they remain within regulations
- Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation
- Oversee and audit accuracy through the collation of libraries and filing systems
- Supervise timely distribution of documents and execution of procedures
- Coordinate with clients on provision and revision of documentation
- File master documents and support project on various levels
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications (one or more): CDT, CACM, CBCS, ASQ, CCS, MOS, CSCP, CQA, CDS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with compliance with Federal, State and Local record management regulations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years in document control
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Advanced Skills with MS Office applications Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
