Entertainment/Production Group Housing Sourcing Advisor (Hybrid or Remote)

Full time, United States, Preferred working hours 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST

*Candidates in Los Angeles/Culver City area would be required to work a hybrid schedule working some hours in the office and work-from-home, while applicants from other geographical areas could work fully-remote

In the role of theEntertainment/Production Group Housing Sourcing Advisor- Apple Entertainment, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for preferred hotels and private housing.Financial responsibilities include program benchmarking, cost savings negotiations tracking, invoice payment, and accruals.

As aEntertainment/Production Group Housing Sourcing Advisor, you will

• Arrange travel for A-listers, VIPs, Talent, and Production Crews
• Utilize and leverage Client and BCD preferred hotel agreements when negotiating hotel contracts
• Manage amendments and cancellations requests efficiently
• Present production coordinator the best hotels based on budget, availability, goals, and objectives
• Use proven excellent customer service skills

About you

• TV/Film Production experience preferred, though not required
• Extensive experience sourcing/meeting planning experience with transferrable skill set would be desirable
• Proficiency Microsoft Office applications
• iOs platform experience ideal
• Knowledge of accounting and payment process
• Global destination knowledge
• GDS Sabre, Cvent, Filemaker, and AirTable knowledge preferred, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Entertainment/Production Group Housing Sourcing Advisor is between $70,000 and $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
