within the utilities industry

to jour client, Onsite, to report to their office in Farmingdale, NJ

• Max Hourly Rate $23/hr.
  
• 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
• 1+ years experience in Collections, Account Receivables is a plus

We are seeking a temporary team member to assist with New Jersey collections. The primary responsibility will be contacting customers with past-due balances who have pending shut-off orders to resolve outstanding payments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts and pending service disconnections
• Communicating professionally and effectively to encourage timely payment
• Accurately document interactions and outcomes in SAP CRM,
• Utilize excel for tracking and reporting purposes
• Learn and navigate Amazon QuickSight and SAP (training provided).

Who You Are

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivables a plus
• HS Diploma/GED required, degree preferred
• Highly organizied, strong accuracy & ablility to multitask
• MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Professional communication skills, great Customer Service skills
• Positive outlook & attitude! works well in a team environment.
