We are seeking a Site Director (Site Coordinator) for our After School Program to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and the safety and well-being of elementary-aged children. This role includes managing engaging daily activities, ensuring state childcare licensing compliance, handling administrative responsibilities, and building strong relationships with families and school partners. The position supports two program sites in Plaistow, NH and Newton, NH and plays a key role in our growing program.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, experience working with youth, knowledge of childcare regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.

Experience as a Site Director (Site Coordinator) provides valuable skills working directly with youth and in a supervisory capacity that can lead to growth in a variety of fields.

• Must be at least 20 years old
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must meet the requirements for a Site Director in the state of New Hampshire
• Wage is based on experience
• Must be certified in NH - current resume, transcripts, and work experience must be available for interview
