Marketing Director - HR and Talent Advisory, LHH
Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Director with 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional HR services for LHH's new HR & Talent Advisory business line.
This role will play a pivotal part in building and executing marketing campaigns, managing multiple projects, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive lead generation, client engagement, and brand growth. You'll collaborate across teams and will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects in the Global Marketing team, a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a builder, someone who can develop strategic plans while rolling up your sleeves to execute programs, content, and campaigns that accelerate awareness, demand, and revenue.

Location:
Anywhere in the US. Eastern half of the US or Canada is preferred.
Travel:
  • 20%: This may include attending Team meetings in person, support NAM marketing conferences/events and travel to/from the UK may be required with supporting both major markets.
  • This might be higher in year one as HR & Talent Advisory builds the business.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in the building and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and events, specifically to the US, Canada and the UK.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and communications for multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
  • In partnership with Product Marketing, support content development, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, for the US, Canada and UK markets, using your strong understanding of HR and B2B audiences.
  • Manage CRM and email marketing tools to execute nurturing campaigns and track lead activity. Be laser focused on lead generation to ensure monthly and annual targets are met.
  • Report on campaign performance using analytics tools; recommend optimizations based on insights.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and other client-facing events.
Who You Are
  • 8-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within HR services, consulting, professional services, or talent management.
  • Proven experience in building, launching and scaling a new product, practice, or business line.
  • Strong GTM, content strategy, and campaign development abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across regions and disciplines.
  • Experience working in matrixed, fast-paced and global environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort leading cross-functional discussions.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident working across regions and balancing multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Strategic Leadership & Go-to-Market
  • Develop and own the marketing strategy for the new HR & Talent Advisory practice in US, Canada, UK and Ireland
Campaigns & Demand Generation
  • Execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and thought leadership visibility.
  • Manage multi-channel programs including digital, email, events, partnerships, social, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with sales to support lead nurturing, enablement, and conversion.
  • Build campaigns that target existing clients and focus on trust and loyalty with senior HR leaders in existing accounts
Content & Thought Leadership
  • Lead the localization of global content such as reports, blogs, webinars, benchmarks, and case studies.Building local content as needed.
  • Elevate the voice of subject-matter experts through thought leadership platforms through your marketing and business colleagues.
  • Ensure all content supports our brand, POV, and strategic priorities.
Insights, Analytics, & Optimization
  • Monitor performance, track ROI, and optimize programs based on data-driven insights.
  • Measure practice-specific KPIs including pipeline contribution, engagement, and awareness.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to marketing and practice leaders.
Collaboration & Global Alignment
  • Work closely with the US, Canada, UK and Irelandmarketing and product marketing leads to ensure messaging consistency, shared insights, and cohesive positioning across regions.
  • Participate in global campaigns and adapt assets for North American and UK audiences.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including digital, communications, product marketing, and field marketing.

  • Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 per year plus annual bonus opportunity.
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.

Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
