Overview

As a Sr System Analyst, Program Manager you will support, and be a part of, the InfoSec Strategy & Projects team who manages the project portfolio for the Information Security organization. You will be responsible for active management of the InfoSec project portfolio, along with proactively identifying program improvements.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting and implementing standards, processes, tools, and training initiatives that drive project and portfolio management excellence within Information Security.
  • Accountable for ensuring accurate program status reporting and driving the successful execution of the Cybersecurity program.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure consistent adherence to project management standards. Provide training, guidance, and insights as needed to maintain compliance and uniform application of project management standards.
  • Escalates and prioritizes project issues and collaborates with Project Leads and Managers to drive resolution and corrective actions.
  • Works with project leads and managers to develop and maintain project schedules in management/tracking tools, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting of milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and costs.
  • Works with groups including Supply Chain, Finance, ETS PMO, user organizations, ETS systems and technical staff, and vendors as needed to achieve project objective.
  • Facilitates and leads portfolio planning discussions and conducts regular project status and resource coordination meetings.
  • Coordinates with Financial and Procurement PMO leads and provides support as needed. Identifies interdependencies across teams and takes proactive action to address them.
  • Manages Project Management staff augmentation personnel and oversees interns as needed.

  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience
  • Master's Degree and Two (2) years of program or project management related full-time work experience or
  • Bachelor's Degree and Four (4) years of program or project management related full-time work experience or
  • Associate's Degree and Six (6) years of program or project management related full-time work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management concepts and ability to support project monitoring, tracking, and facilitation to ensure project deliverance/completion. Required and
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Required and
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Required and
  • Experience developing and delivering well organized analytical presentations. Preferred
  • Experience with contract administration. Preferred
  • Experience working as a project manager or in a project or program management office (PMO) role. Preferred
  • Experience in Information Technology/Cybersecurity. Preferred

Additional Physical Demands
  • The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
