Overview We are seeking an Emergency Room Nursing Assistant (Non-Certified), Emergency Department Nursing Assistant (ED NA) or Emergency Room NA (ER NA). An Emergency Room Nursing Assistant (ER NA) assists nurses and doctors in the emergency room / emergency department by providing patient care, monitoring vital signs, helping with procedures, and ensuring medical supplies are stocked. Emergency Room Nursing Assistants also transport patients, document observations, maintain infection control, and offer emotional support in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, under the direction and supervision of a nurse. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.
