Job Summary

As North America Product Manager, you will lead the execution of our Equipment & Automation strategy, ensuring portfolio growth and profitability. You will champion innovation through new solutions and product line extensions that create significant customer value and accelerate demand across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of Equipment & Automation strategy into actionable plans that fuel growth and profitability.
  • Design and deliver product roadmaps that inspire innovation, supported by compelling business cases that unlock new opportunities and optimize cost-to-serve.
  • Define pricing strategies that tell a value story, ensuring competitive positioning and clear ROI across sectors and portfolios.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to craft powerful narratives-from value-based sales collateral to impactful trade show experiences-showcasing total cost of ownership and customer benefits.
  • Own the P&L, converting top-line growth into bottom-line success through margin optimization and ROI-driven decisions.
  • Shape the market conversation by leading strategic plans, anticipating competitive moves, and equipping sales with persuasive proposals and customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline that fuels strategic thinking and innovation.
  • Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of success in product or portfolio marketing management, driving measurable growth and market impact.
  • Versatile Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B environments, with deep knowledge of value chain analysis and buyer journey mapping.
  • Innovation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and accelerate new product development initiatives that deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Flexibility & Agility: Willingness to travel (10-15%) to connect with customers, partners, and teams across North America
