Description

In this role, you will support daily operations, manage essential clerical tasks, and ensure our case management team has the tools and information they need to make a meaningful impact every day.

Monday-Friday 9:00AM-1:00PM or 12:00PM-5:00PM (Flexible schedule)

Office Technician Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Technician to support the administrative operations of the Targeted Case Management department. The Office Technician is responsible for a variety of clerical and technical tasks, including data entry, record management, scanning, filing, scheduling support, and assisting case management staff with essential documentation processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and organized information flow throughout the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission. Specifically, support better outcomes reporting, information flow and management, business processes and planning.
  • Supports program operations by maintaining office systems alongside office technician. Maintains office services by organizing office operational procedures, monitoring and processing invoices, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Responsibility for running reports and providing data to Targeted Case Management Director and Supervisor's weekly. Responsible for monitoring and collecting data on managing various participants reports.
  • Responsibility of scheduling Targeted Case Management participants appointments for psychological and nursing services.
  • Adding new referrals into the electronic health record and recording information into RIM DBHIDS system. Provides ongoing oversight of discharge charts and disposal of old records.
  • Communicates effectively with program management in a timely manner of issues or concerns.
  • Reviewing, analyzing and preparing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends in TCM productivity by tracking personal goal plans of members.
  • Track and documentation training records for employees and on-site personal files.
  • Attend meetings and Supervisions with Director of Targeted Case Management Services and other team members as requested. Engage in note taking when requested by Director for meeting.
  • Complete data entry, Create tracking tools, supply, and equipment management.
  • Track and organize medical records storage.
  • Ability to perform and conduct safety screenings.

Requirements

Office Technician Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree (must be in Social Work, Psychology, or other Human Service field) preferred.
  • 2-4 years of CMI experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong reading and writing skills is preferred but not required.
