- Lead full-cycle recruitment with care and intention, from first conversation through offer
- Build authentic relationships with candidates and ensure every interaction feels respectful, transparent, and human
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand not just skills needed, but team culture and community impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on hiring practices and workforce needs
- Keep recruiting records accurate and organized while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
- Look for thoughtful ways to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
What You'll Bring Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources OR
- A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily may be substituted
Experience
- 4-7 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, of which 2-4 years include experience in a credit union or bank setting
- SHRM or PHR Certification a plus

- Proven ability to attract and hire diverse, high-performing talent aligned with CAMPUS culture
- Skilled in creating compelling, compliant job postings across multiple platforms
- Maintain an engaging, up-to-date CAMPUS careers page
- Full-cycle recruiting expertise: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and delivering top candidates
- Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks in line with guidelines
- Confidently extends offers and negotiates compensation within guidelines
- Builds and nurtures community partnerships and internship programs
- Partners with marketing on hiring events and employer-brand social content
- Familiar with AAP and EEOC reporting; aligns recruiting with workforce goals
- Flexible and proactive in supporting evolving business needs
- A strong people-first mindset and genuine care for candidate experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- The confidence to manage multiple searches while staying present and approachable
- A collaborative spirit and appreciation for a close-knit, community-focused workplace
