Job Summary:
Come join our team as an Event Coordinator for the newly constructed Morgridge Hall. Strategically located in the heart of the UW campus, this state-of-the-art facility unites students, faculty, and researchers under one roof, fostering an environment where the intersection of technology and humanity drives solutions to society's most pressing challenges. This position plays a key role in supporting that mission by coordinating events that enrich campus life and foster community engagement. Working with a diverse array of client groups, this position oversees the planning, logistics, and execution of key venue details. In this position you will work with customers to create event timelines, determine event needs (including food and beverage, room configuration, and AV and equipment rentals), and liaise with other teams internally and across campus to coordinate seamless events. All achieved while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Key Job Responsibilities:
