Summary The Design/Drafter will create detailed technical drawings and plans for manufactured products suited for outdoor recreational spaces - including playground equipment, outdoor fitness, site furnishings, etc. - ensuring compliance with safety standards and design specifications. Responsibilities include collaborating with PlayCore Innovation and various stakeholders across brand teams to develop precise CAD drawings and Installation Sheets, reviewing designs for accuracy, and making necessary revisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Autodesk Inventor software, a strong understanding of engineering principles and a desire to work with prototypes. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential for success in this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Travel Minimal travel required (less than 25%) Communication Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety standards, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of employees and customers of the organization.
