Logistics Manager - Grafton, WI

Primary Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and production support.
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the operation.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and production queue times.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead warehouse supervisors and staff.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.


Qualifications



  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
