Corporate Quality Co-op/Internship- St. Charles, MO

American Industrial Transport, Inc. is a privately-owned company based in St. Charles Missouri, providing railcar leasing and repair services to the companies that move the essential assets that power the North American economy.

Job Summary & Core Responsibilities:

The Quality Intern will support AITX's Corporate Quality Group with record management, documentation review, and updates to Quality information and procedures. This role provides meaningful exposure to quality systems, document control practices, and how quality supports safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the organization

  • Assist with record management activities and organization of Quality documentation
  • Support efforts to update and maintain Quality Information and procedures
  • Participate in document control and quality system administration tasks
  • Support day-to-day activities of the Quality team as needed
  • Contribute to research, updating procedures, and supporting process improvement initiatives

Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications / Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with documentation and maintain accuracy
  • Interest in quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
