Senior Product Manager (Hybrid - Austin, TX) Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid preferred; travel required) About Us Togetherwork is a $250M recurring revenue SaaS business with over 33 software applications serving 12+ vertical markets. We exist to help communities, organizations, and businesses thrive by delivering software solutions tailored to their unique needs. We set a high bar for clarity, collaboration, and execution. While Product & Strategy leaders own portfolio outcomes, our individual contributors are equally critical-bringing curiosity, precision, and accountability to every initiative. Senior individual contributors are expected to operate with broad autonomy, create clarity where none exists, and drive alignment across complex, cross-functional efforts. We work in deep partnership with Engineering, Revenue, Customer Experience, Operations, and Support, sharing accountability for delivering stable, modern, insight-driven products. Hard work is the norm-not for recognition, but in service of our customers and the long-term health of our company. In this role, you will own multi-quarter product strategies, shape long-term roadmap direction, and partner deeply with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. As a senior individual contributor, you will operate with greater independence than a standard Product Manager-using data, customer insight, and market signals to influence direction and outcomes. You will serve as a thought leader across teams, elevate standards for product discovery and delivery, and communicate with clarity and confidence to both internal and external audiences. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, excels at storytelling and influence without authority, and is comfortable representing the product with customers, partners, and leadership. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap Leadership Own and evolve multi-quarter strategic product roadmaps aligned to portfolio goals and market opportunities. Product Discovery, Definition & Execution Lead rigorous product discovery using qualitative research, quantitative data, experimentation, and prototyping. Customer Experience, VOC & Product Health Serve as a senior voice of the customer, synthesizing insights into strategic opportunities. Launch Readiness & Go-to-Market Enablement Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support on launch planning for high-visibility releases. Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication Communicate roadmap direction, insights, progress, and risks with clarity, confidence, and transparency. AI Fluency & Innovation Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, segmentation, and analysis. What You'll Bring Experience 5-7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS or software products. Skills & Capabilities Strong customer research, product analytics, and experiment design expertise. Mindset Analytical, decisive, collaborative, and relentlessly customer-focused. Why This Role Impact: Shape the strategy and execution of high-impact initiatives across the Togetherwork portfolio.
