Summary of Job Description:

The Financial Analyst (Sales/Marketing) is responsible for providing analytical support to Operations and Marketing leadership, contributing insights to the company's sales performance and marketing programs.This position identifies issues affecting the company's financial performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysis/reports on sales transactions and average check trends (mix and pricing) to identify issues affecting the company's financial performance.
• Partners with the Marketing department in determining the financial impact and performance of media and promotions. Tests market initiatives and their financial impact.
• Serves as lead in weekly, periodic, and annual planning of sales and advertising items.
• Performs ad hoc analysis on sales and marketing metrics.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
• Minimum three years of finance and financial experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality industry
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
