A leading materials and manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support high-performance production and facility systems. This direct-hire opportunity is designed for a skilled trades professional who thrives in an industrial environment, excels at troubleshooting complex electrical systems, and takes pride in safe, reliable operations.

Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $30.00-$33.00 per hour, based on experience
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Training Schedule: First month, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• First Day Arrival: 7:00 AM
• Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, automation equipment, transformers, and generators
• Support facility electrical needs such as lighting, outlets, and power distribution systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering teams to support equipment reliability and process improvements
• Coordinate with and support outside contractors during electrical projects or repairs
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, electrical codes, and operational requirements
• Operate a company vehicle as needed to support on-site and facility-related tasks

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 5-7+ years of industrial electrician experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong working knowledge of high-voltage systems, including 480V equipment
• High proficiency in reading wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
• Proven troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with maintenance teams, engineers, and leadership
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company truck
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working in an industrial environment with complex electrical systems
