Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level. We're at the forefront of the data revolution, committed to building the world's greatest data and applications platform. Snowflake is striving to become the cloud data platform of choice for everyone who needs affordable, reliable, scalable and elastic data management. Armed with great technical talent, our expanding product offering is designed for the cloud and automatically handles infrastructure, optimization, availability, data protection, and more so our users can focus on using their data, not managing it. And we're doing this across all the major cloud providers, breaking new ground in what it means to be multi-cloud and cloud agnostic. We're hiring organized, hands-on Engineering Program Managers (EPgMs) to lead critical, cross-functional programs across Snowflake. In this role, you'll drive execution for high-impact initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams, partnering closely with stakeholders across Product Management, Field, GTM, Marketing, Finance, and more. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, clarifying goals, defining program plans, and keeping teams aligned on outcomes, milestones, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs. You'll establish an operating rhythm that enables teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality: crisp objectives, actionable plans, transparent communication, and practical decision-making. Using data and thoughtful judgment, you'll surface progress and risks early, remove blockers, and help ensure programs launch smoothly and reliably into production. AS AN ENGINEERING PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:
