What Makes You a Match

• 2 years of experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong computer and data entry skills; tech-savvy is a must
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior administrative experience in the construction or solar industry is a plus

• Handle administrative tasks for solar installation projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Submit, track, and manage project permits with local agencies.
• Prepare and process invoices promptly.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and customer portals.
• Upload and organize project documents, including roofing photos and related files.
• Support Contracts and Operations Managers with workflow tracking and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Keep accurate and organized records for all assigned projects.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
