Operations Support Analyst - Power Reliable Systems, Data Accuracy & Operational Continuity

Join The Pasha Group as an Operations Support Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining application data integrity, user access, and reporting across proprietary and third-party systems that support our operations.

In this role, you'll collaborate with business units, clients, and IT partners to ensure applications are configured correctly, issues are resolved efficiently, and users have the tools and access they need to succeed.
Maintain, Support & Optimize Operational Systems
Own the accuracy, reliability, and day-to-day support of applications that keep our business moving.
  • System & Data Maintenance: Process system updates tied to service agreements, rate tables, and customer documents while ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Data Review & Auditing: Validate updates for accuracy, duplicates, and potential issues; prepare reports to identify discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports to support audits, operational insights, and issue resolution.
  • Issue Resolution: Research, document, resolve, or escalate system discrepancies and errors using established SOPs; monitor and track issues through completion.
  • User Access Management: Perform user account setup, password maintenance, and access controls for assigned applications.
  • Documentation & Controls: Create and maintain work instructions, job aids, alerts, reports, and document libraries for supported applications.
  • Project & Change Support: Prepare project plans, track deliverables, and support application enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and customer onboarding.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide guidance and support to internal and external users; translate technical instructions into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Service Coordination: Partner with the corporate helpdesk and IT to coordinate service requests and ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accurate data, dependable systems, and responsive support.
  • Client & Business Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, business units, and internal resources to meet SLAs and company standards.
  • Tracking & Transparency: Maintain schedules, logs, and task lists; provide status updates and reports as requested.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive data with discretion while applying policies, procedures, and regulations consistently.
What You Bring
You combine technical aptitude with precision, organization, and strong customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in application or helpdesk support; experience with supply chain, transportation, or logistics systems preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of web-based application databases and table structures; strong navigation of computer systems and applications.
  • Data Accuracy: High attention to detail with proven ability to enter, review, and audit data accurately.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written skills; ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint (basic) and Excel (intermediate).
