Operations Support Analyst - Ensure Data Accuracy, System Reliability & Operational Continuity
Are you detail-oriented, technically curious, and motivated by keeping systems accurate and users supported? Join The Pasha Group as an Operations Support Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining application data, user access, and reporting across proprietary and third-party systems that support our transportation and logistics operations.
At Pasha, operational success depends on disciplined data management and responsive system support. In this role, you'll collaborate with clients, business units, and IT partners to ensure application updates are accurate, issues are resolved efficiently, and onboarding and enhancements are delivered on time and to standard.
Maintain, Support & Optimize Operational Applications
Take ownership of the data, access, and documentation that keep our systems running smoothly.
  • System & Table Maintenance: Process updates from service agreements, rate tables, and customer documents while ensuring accuracy, quality standards, and data integrity.
  • Data Review & Auditing: Review changes for accuracy and duplicates; prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports to identify discrepancies and support audits and root cause analysis.
  • Issue Resolution: Research, document, resolve, or escalate system issues and errors using established SOPs; monitor and track issues through completion.
  • User Access & Support: Perform user account and password maintenance; provide guidance, training, and support to internal and external users on assigned applications and integrations.
  • Reporting & Alerts: Create and manage alerts, reports, dashboards, and document libraries to support visibility and compliance.
  • Project & Change Support: Prepare project plans, track deliverables, and support application upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and customer onboarding.
  • Documentation & Controls: Develop and maintain work instructions, job aids, schedules, logs, and task tracking to ensure consistency and continuity.
  • Service Coordination: Partner with the corporate helpdesk and IT teams to coordinate service requests and ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Engage effectively with clients, business units, and internal resources to meet SLAs and company standards.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive system and customer data with discretion while applying policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements consistently.
What You Bring
You combine technical aptitude with accuracy, organization, and a customer-first mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in Computer Science or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in application or helpdesk support; experience with supply chain, transportation, or logistics systems preferred
  • Working knowledge of web-based application databases and table structures
  • Strong data entry and review accuracy with high attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and SharePoint (basic) and Excel (intermediate)
