SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES It is the responsibility of the Loan Assistant Team Lead to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. As a Loan Assistant Team Lead, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of multiple loan assistants, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and industry regulations. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and facilitating professional development through coaching and training. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of loan products and regulations, and a proven ability to drive team performance and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position could be in a cubicle or private office environment that may be loud throughout the day.If applicable telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology are delivered.
