Join us as the Global Product Owner for the LEAF Patient Monitoring System and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HAPI (Hospital-Acquired Pressure Injury) prevention. This is your opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and deliver meaningful impact for patients worldwide.

What will you be doing?
  • Own and manage the global product backlog, ensuring structured intake, prioritization, and refinement of requirements and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap and release plan aligned to clinical value, customer needs, and business strategy.
  • Provide product direction across design and development, approving UX flows and validating delivered work against user needs and regulatory expectations.
  • Lead release planning and readiness decisions with engineering and program teams.
  • Align cross-functional teams around clear product priorities while synthesizing customer, clinical, and market insights to guide evidence-based decisions.
What will you need to be successful?
  • BS or BA degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years Proven experience in product management within digital health, medical devices, or health technology.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and regulated product environments.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead without authority.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Andover, MA or East Coast and willing to travel to Andover 50%

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $141,000 - $262,000USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
