Overview Pyramid Systems is seeking a Information Technology (IT) Manager that is responsible for the strategic leadership, execution, and operational excellence of Pyramid Systems' enterprise technology environment. This role ensures that all IT systems, infrastructure, and services are secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives, while supporting both internal operations and federal client delivery. The IT Manager oversees day-to-day IT operations, including cloud and on-prem infrastructure, enterprise applications, network and endpoint security, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and end-user support. This role establishes and enforces technology standards, policies, and procedures; leads cybersecurity and compliance efforts; manages vendor relationships and budgets; and drives continuous improvement across IT services. The Manager partners closely with executive leadership, business development, HR, security, and delivery teams to support company growth, enable secure operations, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable value. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential to guide the IT team and ensure technology enables Pyramid Systems' long-term success. Target Pay Range The below listed pay range for this position is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
