About the Role We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Maintenance Lead, you will coordinate the activities of the maintenance crew during your shift in the absence of the Shift Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves executing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring efficient use of labor and materials to maintain company facilities and equipment.
