As a Security Officer - Truck Entrance in RUSSELLVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues, adapting to the unique environment of a food and beverage location.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as suspicious activities or potential hazards, to the appropriate personnel.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or vendors in a courteous manner, assisting with access control and following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related matters as required by Allied Universal and the site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
