As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will conduct patrols throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including those that may require an armed response.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings while on patrol, observing for any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the residential location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Complete incident and/or shift reports accurately and in a timely manner as required by site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
