What You Do.



  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP -Innovation, VP - NPD, the NPD Management Team, and provides support to the R&D team as appropriate.
  • Examples of work performed include a broad range of complex responsibilities involving confidential or technical information such as those listed below. May exercise considerable judgment and discretion in completing assignments. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Handle company information and/or projects of highly sensitive subject matters with the utmost level of confidentiality.
  • Provides templates, helps prepare presentations, leads final document editing, tracks agendas for various meetings including Technical Advisory Board (TAB), Strategic Areas of Interest (SAI), CEO Product Cuttings, NPD Pipeline Review, Innovation Alignment Meeting and Department Meetings.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings, appointments, conference calls, travel accommodations, and processes expense reports and supply orders.
  • Oversees the travel arrangements, breakfast/lunch food coordination, securing dinner reservations, invites, presentation formatting, recording minutes, and payment to TAB members for TAB meetings.
  • Types, prepares, and assembles letters, memos, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
  • Attends meetings, prepares, and distributes meeting minutes as required.
  • Manage large workload and deliverables timing and importance to meet critical deadlines.
  • Acts as Innovation Box super user and resource to assist other Innovation users with questions as well as coordinate Innovation cabinets and authorizations.
  • Oversees administrative procedures and processes for assigned areas. May act as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources as necessary. As needed, provides assistance, support, and back-up to other administrative personnel within Innovation and other departments.
  • Responsible for the event planning for HPTs and various Connections Committee events including leading the Connections Committee meetings and setting the agenda.
  • Is proactive, uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision.


Your Education and Experience.



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years related experience required
  • Associates degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, & Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective in building strong relationships across the organization at all levels with varying personalities.
  • The ability to create or enhance a positive, productive team environment with a genuine customer service attitude.
