The Role:

The Slot Supervisor oversees the operation of the slots department.

Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the successful operation and performance of slot equipment.
  • Provides outstanding guest service to internal and external customers.
  • Delegate authority and assign responsibilities and work schedules to department staff.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to Slots department.
  • Assumes overall responsibility for the effective gaming service activities for an assigned area.
  • Maintains constant awareness of activities of all games in assigned area locations in order to observe and act appropriately in the even of any suspicious or irregular activity.
  • Controls and directs games in progress by monitoring and providing assistance and dealer correction



Qualifications:



  • One to three years management experience.
  • Gaming Industry experience, a 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
  • Must be at least 18 Years of age.
  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
  • Hight school diploma / GED is required
