The Role:

The Cage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Cage Manager in overseeing the successful operation of the Cage, as well as, providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
• Supervise all Cage activities during assigned shift.
• Perform vault responsibilities; Perform job duties of Cage Cashier & Vault Cashier as needed.
• Execute monetary transactions for guests.
• Ensure compliance with internal Controls in all transactions and activities.
• Accurately complete necessary paperwork associated with the position.
• Comply with all IRGC rules and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Follows Federal, State, and local laws/ regulations in conjunction with property policies, procedures, and Internal Controls.
• Maintain and secure confidential information.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and retained.
