Position Overview
The Practice Coordinator will provide back-office administrative support for a specialty clinic within the GU Service Line. This role supports clinical operations and ensures efficient coordination of patient care activities.

• Back-office clinic support functions.
• Surgery scheduling and chemotherapy scheduling (highly preferred).
• Cross-coverage support for the department's main phone line as needed.
• Coordination with clinical teams to support patient flow and care delivery.
• Accurate documentation and administrative follow-up related to patient services

• 3-5 years of relevant healthcare administrative or clinic coordination experience.
• Strong experience with surgery scheduling and chemotherapy scheduling.
• Prior experience in a specialty or surgical clinic environment.
• APeX (Epic) training required (non-APeX candidates will not be considered)

• This position is not a call center role.
• Candidate will remain at one campus for the duration of the assignment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment are essential.
