1st Shift - 530am - 200pm - Monday to Friday Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as loading and unloading trucks and processing materials for storage. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT). Safety shoes are required during orientation and while on the job. Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship products according to order specifications Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy Load and unload trucks and containers Receive and process stock and materials Stock warehouse shelves and rotate/replenish inventory Maintain a clean and safe work environment Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged materials Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Basic comprehension of English Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 35 lbs Must be willing to train and operate PIT equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in multiple capacities Strong attention to detail Must pass a background check and drug screen Must live within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL Safety shoes required during orientation and work Preferred Skills High school diploma or GED Experience with handheld/RF scanners Forklift or material handling equipment experience Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
