Job Summary The Vice President of Regional Operations (RVP) serves as a key leader within Sun Loan, bridging Regional Managers, District Managers, and executive leadership to ensure operational excellence and profitability across an assigned territory. This role drives performance through strategic leadership, operational oversight, and employee development, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Key Responsibilities Performance Management & Operational Excellence Analyze regional performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations in lending and collections. Collaborate with leadership to implement data-driven solutions and corrective actions. Leadership & Employee Development Mentor and develop Regional and District Managers to achieve company goals. Promote a culture of accountability and professional growth. Oversee coaching, counseling, and performance improvement plans. Training & Compliance Travel within the region to train teams and standardize best practices. Develop training materials and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Strategic Communication & Business Growth Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on trends and growth opportunities. Align field operations with company initiatives and marketing strategies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (or 10+ years of Sun Loan experience in lieu of degree). Experience: Minimum 10 years in the consumer lending industry. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&L management and operational metrics. Expertise in consumer lending, collections, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability in leadership, coaching, and succession planning. Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills. Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, communication tools (Teams, Zoom), and file-sharing platforms. Travel: Frequent travel within assigned territory.
