Responsibilities

ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a Due Diligence Associate II to join our Florida Facilities team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you'll work on projects involving Properly Condition Assessments (PCAs), Pre and Post-Construction Surveys, and Accessibility Assessments. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to a diverse range of facilities and clients.

  • Conduct testing and consulting services for the built environment, including Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Pre and Post-Construction Surveys, and Accessibility Assessments, among other facilities-related services
  • Document target properties and manage photo archives
  • Demonstrate responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and project deliverables
  • Contribute to a variety of teams and enclosure-related projects, from inception to completion, in both new and existing construction
  • Collaborate and interact with senior staff members on a variety of projects
  • Schedule and oversee the work of facilities technicians
  • Mentor and support the development of other staff
  • Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management or related degree
  • 0-2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required
  • In lieu of education, equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required
