Daily duties include but not limited to procurement duties, ordering, receiving, perform billing and recharge transactions, manage inventory, manage drug recalls and drug shortages. Use of Pyxis Automated dispensing Cabinets and reporting function to optimize clinics inventory. Perform contract and purchasing analysis to identify cost savings opportunities and optimize product standardization. Navigate and maintain contract compliance through contractual differences to standardize and maximize contract savings across all UCSD clinics. Serves as a liaison with clinic users to support all procurement activities implementation and disseminate information to maintain a cost effective and efficient supply chain system. Collaborating with the 340B team as a resource for interventions pertaining to ordering, price verification, contract compliance, 340B compliance and inventory management. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with pharmaceutical wholesalers and vendors. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $71,600 - $127,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $34.29 - $61.02 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
