Distribution Cut Table Operator

Job Summary:

The purpose of the Cut Table Operator is to be responsible for processing cuts on a cut table.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate cut table to maximize output.
• Inspect carpet for any defect before being tagged, wrapped, and marked for shipment.
• Operate lift truck.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Performance Expectations (if applicable):

• Standing and walking approximately 8 hours per shift.
• Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and squatting throughout shift
• Must be able to distinguish colors and shades.
• Must be able to use scissors.

Experience/Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must be able to do basic addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Computer or data entry preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Overtime is required on occasion.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• All accidents must be reported immediately.
