Job Responsibilities:

The Technical Product Support Specialist's main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support for ADA collaboration tools, which include ADA Connect, Knowledge Center, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Zoom, other ADA web sites and other ADA-provided applications or services; providing general technology support as time permits and as required in accordance with established service level guidelines.

Must Have:



  • Bachelor's Degree or Experience in lieu of Degree
  • 3 years of experience (or 7 years in lieu of degree) working with and supporting users on ADA collaboration tools via phone, email, documentation, recordings, and in-person training sessions, as well as troubleshooting and training on a variety of operating systems, ADA collaboration tools, and applications
  • Must have verbal communication, writing, analytical, collaboration, a self-starter, results-focused, prioritization, customer service, troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in M365 (MS Office); Apple iOS; Microsoft Applications such as Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Windows 10 and 11, Mac OSX, Zoom, Android OS, Apple iOS
  • Travel once per year for more than 8 nights per trip to support users at Annual HOD meeting.

  • Position may require before or after hours work, may require more than the standard number of hours of work within a workweek, may require weekend work
