An excellent opportunity has opened within our Wealth Solutions Operations team to partner with the finance, compliance, legal, and fund administration teams to deliver client-focused solutions. As part of a growing team that oversees the finance and accounting supporting the creation, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure both the team and business are set up for long-term success.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

As an Executive, you will be an important part of the team supporting the delivery of core finance and operations functions for MAM's alternative investment strategies with distribution through Global Wealth Management firms, U.S. brokerage firms and Registered Investment Advisors. Responsibilities include implementing and uplifting standard operating procedures for funds and oversight of fund administrators and fund transfer agents. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fund and client requirements are met. The role involves assisting with risk assessment, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing reputational risk through ethical judgment and adherence to policies, including supporting SEC filings and reporting control issues.
Salary range for this position: $85,000 - $120,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.   • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in Investments/Alternatives operations required.
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of business context and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to drive projects and support change within the team and division.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently, and consistently apply diligence and care.
  • Proactive in managing priorities and fostering a culture of improvement and strong controls. Demonstrable experience working on automation and / or digitalization efforts.
