As a Pricing Team Member, you'll help ensure accurate pricing and signage throughout the store-making a real impact for our customers every day. As a Pricing Team member, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring accurate pricing and signage throughout the store. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working collaboratively. What will you be doing? Maintain accurate shelf-edge pricing and promotional signage across all departments. You will build rapport with customers. Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language. Help customers with any questions they may have. If you aren't able to answer their question, you will direct them to another team member who can. Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards. Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks. This position is applicable to the following departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral. Execute weekly ad sets, price changes, and clearance updates using pricing tools and handheld devices. Support merchandising by organizing displays and maintaining store standards. Review and act on pricing reports to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods What skills will you use? You are detail-oriented and organized. Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually. Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology. Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary. You are process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way. You work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
