We're looking for team members who align with our values, mission and goals - while also meeting the minimum qualifications below. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

• Requires aBachelor's degreein a related field orequivalent work experience(Master's degree preferred).

• 12+ years of related experience, including hands-on architecture for enterprise-level systems.

• In-depth knowledge ofclassified systemsandTS/SCI environments, including security compliance standards (e.g., NIST, RMF, ICD 503).

• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient software solutions.

• Demonstrated experience leading theend-to-end architectureof software systems, including system integration and lifecycle management.

• Strong understanding ofenterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, storage, and virtualization.

• Advanced degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Extensive experience withcloud computing platforms(e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, Google Cloud for Government).

• Expertise inmicroservices architectureandcontainerization technologies(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) within secure environments.

• Proven track record of implementingenterprise integration patternsand tools in classified or highly regulated environments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including government agencies.

• Demonstrated ability to work in afast-paced, dynamic environmentwhile managing multiple high-priority initiatives.

• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g.,TOGAF,DoDAF, or equivalent).

• Experience leadinglarge-scale digital transformation initiativeswith a focus on security, scalability, and performance.

• Strong understanding ofzero-trust architecturesandcybersecurity principles.

• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior architects and technical teams.

Pay Range:

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education,experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
