Join The Pasha Group as our Human Resources Compliance Program Manager, where you'll lead the design, audit, and continuous improvement of HR and Payroll compliance programs across multiple U.S. entities and states.
At Pasha, compliance is more than a requirement, it's a strategic advantage. In this role, you'll partner closely with HR, Payroll, and Legal teams to proactively identify risk, ensure regulatory alignment, and support collective bargaining agreement (CBA) governance-helping protect our people, our operations, and our reputation.
Lead, Audit & Strengthen HR Compliance Programs
Take ownership of enterprise-wide initiatives that ensure accuracy, accountability, and confidence in HR and Payroll practices.
Be a Strategic Partner in Labor & Regulatory Governance
Collaborate across teams to ensure labor agreements and policies remain current, compliant, and consistently applied.

Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.
Zone 1: $110,000 - $120,000
This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
