Administrative Assistant Location: Cincinnati, Ohio For over 125 years, Gordon Food Service has delivered the excellence, expertise, and quality products our customers need to design successful food operations and experiences. Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and you'll be tasked with assisting our Director of Transportation and our Director of Warehouse by maintaining schedules, daily calendars, travel arrangements, itineraries, and more. You'll also be asked to take phone calls and messages and coordinate office duties like sorting and distributing mail, copying, filing, faxing, completing forms, ordering and maintaining equipment and supplies, and more. Does this look like you? High school diploma or equivalent required Two or more years of office or secretarial experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must be highly proficient in the Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
