Are you passionate about solving problems and helping people? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll assist with billing inquiries, process payments, provide portal navigation support, and handle general questions-all while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding billing, payments, and account navigation. * Deliver accurate information and outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. * Take ownership of customer requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. * Analyze information to make sound decisions and provide effective solutions. * Perform basic math calculations (percentages, addition, subtraction, division) to address billing concerns. * Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer issues. * Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards. * Adhere to corporate policies, regulatory standards (SOX), and security protocols (PCI). * Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned. * Work overtime when required. Qualifications * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus. * Experience: * 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. * Experience in a high-volume contact center is a plus. * Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). * Skilled in multitasking and navigating multiple screens. * Professional, reliable, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership. * Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
