Production Expeditor

The primary responsibilities of this job profile include: Expediting, routing, and dispatching material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Reviewing master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages. Alerting proper authorities of potential problems. Production Expeditor

Scope:

The Expeditor monitors and expedites the flow of job orders within or between departments to insure prompt progress of goods to conform with production schedules and on time delivery to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support and manage assigned products to ensure on time readiness and delivery to customer in line with the sales order.

Developing professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and Distribute reports on progress of product to each department in a daily basis

Facilitating flow of materials between various departments and parties.

Following established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures

Notify key stakeholders of potential or actual delays while working with the department to resolve issues as required.

Detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel

Other Duties as assigned by the Manager

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to comply with company policies and procedures.

Demonstrated Communication, analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills

Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.

Working knowledge and use of Paradigm Reports

Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP)

Able to handle situations involving sensitive issues with professionalism and tact

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

2 year experience in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards preferred

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
