What you will be doing:

* Receives and prepares files from a variety of sources

* Prints and reads system files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data

* Enters/uploads information into systems

* Prepares/processes forms for clients

* Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger or system files

* Analyzes posted data

* Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task

* Assists in special projects

* Interfaces/resolves internal and external customer inquiries

* Other related duties assigned as needed

What you bring:

• High School Diploma, Associates 2-3 years' experience

• Strong coaching skills.

• Able multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems.

• Flexibilityto work overtime when volumes dictate.

• Understanding of FIS policies and procedures and workflows.
