Program Specialist - Remote (Contract Role) Contract Length: 4 months Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: March 31, 2026 Training Period: December 1, 2025 - February 1, 2026 (8 weeks) Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can be sourced nationally) Important Notes * This is a contract role only (NOT contract-to-hire). * Candidates must be available for the entire training period with no PTO during training. * Limited time off after training due to high-volume project needs. Role Overview The Program Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing operational and reimbursement support for complex programs within Neovance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to remove barriers preventing patients or providers from accessing therapies. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing customer-facing tasks and performing accurate data entry in the program's tracking system. Expect to handle 60-100 inbound calls per day with an average call time of 6 minutes. Key Responsibilities * Handle high-volume inbound calls related to: * Enrollment status * Medication shipment status * General patient inquiries * Outreach for missing information * Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service (100% call quality expected). * Manage complaints and adverse event reports. * Ensure accurate documentation and data entry. Required Skills & Experience * Call Center Experience: Minimum 2 years in a high-volume environment. * Healthcare Customer Service: At least 2 years required. * Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to work independently and effectively from home. * Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using multiple software tools. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. * Empathy & Patience: Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion. * Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and thoroughness. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
